GHQ versus Walthers Mi-Jack Cranes?

I know that the GHQ kit has finer detail, ergo a better model, but I am curious... in the limited number of photos of each, I can't tell the difference, they both look like the same model of crane. Does anyone know whether there are differences between the two in size, era, etc.?

I'm curious because I am thinking about a concrete casting and/or metal fabrication facility as an online customer and a similar lift is used at the prototype I'd seen on Virginia's Eastern Shore. You see inbound covered hoppers for cement and outbound KRL dimensional flats going out. I could use one of the GHQ kits for my casting company (and my eventual small intermodal site would have to rely on one crane or use tractors instead or in conjunction) or by a Walthers crane just to add some variety, if it is a different crane.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
