Not a PRR guy, but that RSD15 sure would be nice.

Seriously the RSD15 would be good if it were cheap enough and in undec.

RSD15 would be a good starting point for the MLW RSD17.

If I'm not mistaken the PRR had more RSD12's than 15's.  Besides horsepower, how much difference is there betwen the 2?
