...but only if there WAS a Starbucks (or preferrably, a local coffee place) on the first floor.

Ed, for shame. That chain thing from Seattle doesn't roast coffee, it cremates it. Drinking it is akin to drinking Washington State lakewater just after May 18th, 1980. But unfortunately, there's not much in the way of local coffee houses anymore. The best Baltimore had to offer, the Daily Grind, is but a shadow of itself since David Key sold the stores, and his roaster - Key Coffee - is now owned by a Virginia company that seems intent on diminishing its quality daily and running it aground. Despite this local product availability you SHOULD NOT, under any circumstances, drink that cr@% from Seattle. It's the pox.

I'll keep getting mine at Wawa, thanks very much.  Good coffee, good times, and cheap gas...

Where are you "Ballamorons" gonna get your "fix" for the next month??

Easy enough for me: http://www.peachcreekshops.com/

2.03 miles, according to MapQuest. But since all the mapping services put my house in the parking lot of a nearby funeral home, it's actually a bit less than that.

I went in on Saturday. A truck was backed up to the side of the building and many shelves were empty. It was a sad ending for a glorious store.

But it's not the "ending". We have to look at this positively. They're not closing. We're just about to enter the sometimes painful beta testing period, of MBK v2. From the size of the place Shane showed me pictures of, we'll be able to dance in the aisles.
