Where to get replacement strobes for Kato F40PH

I need a few (4 now, maybe more) of the teeny, tiny strobes on top of the Amtrak F40PH that Kato makes. It is part #921575 but of course, its already sold out at Kato.

Any ideas on where else I could get such a thing? I have some Sunrise strobes but besides being yellow and not white they are huge compared to these tiny strobes.
