Where to get PC (printed cicuit) board material?

I was just looking at an HO install guide for a Tsunami in a Roundhouse 4-4-0 and it talked about using a piece of printed circuit board (PC board) as a replacement tender shell.

I read a N-scale install in the Model Power steam that used a bit of PC board with little traces already built into the board (breadboard?).

Where does one get this sort of thing? I went to my local Radio Shack but its becomming obvious all they want to do is sell me an overpriced computer or a cell phone. There were no printed circuit board materials at all, although they did have a single dusty perf board (?) there. The board with the little holes for wires, completely non-conductive material.

Thanks
Brian

Unfortunately, most local Radio Shack stores have greatly reduced or almost completely eliminated their electronics component sections, but solid clad and perfboard are still readily available from almost all of the major electronic component suppliers.

The only difficult part is finding what name they have it listed under. PC board, perfboard, copper clad board, protoboard, etc. depending on the particular dealer.

Mouser is one of the largest, and have just about anything you would ever need.

The Fast Tracks and Cloverhouse ties are pretty much the same dimensions and can be mixed & matched.
