Ed, for shame. That chain thing from Seattle doesn't roast coffee, it cremates it. Drinking it is akin to drinking Washington State lakewater just after May 18th, 1980. But unfortunately, there's not much in the way of local coffee houses anymore. The best Baltimore had to offer, the Daily Grind, is but a shadow of itself since David Key sold the stores, and his roaster - Key Coffee - is now owned by a Virginia company that seems intent on diminishing its quality daily and running it aground. Despite this local product availability you SHOULD NOT, under any circumstances, drink that cr@% from Seattle. It's the pox.
