I don't really have a dog in this fight, but keep making noise, someone will hear you.  It took about 5 years of whining on my part (and quite a few others) but we finally got the Intermountain F units after waiting a decade for Kato to get their heads out of their butts.  The first batch had their problems, but the drive is premium, and the shells have been worked out.  I don't expect Kato to ever run F units in any quantity, and then only to photograph with their passenger sets.

So you have my support, my SD-40-2 seeking friends...

I recall the May Via unit as being the P42.

My only real concern is when Kato will do an SD75I. They have darn near the whole unit already between the SD70M/SD70MAC/SD9043MAC. The Athearn one just doesn't do it for me... with it's warped walkways and glue. Sigh.
