Oh yeah! My traincat bridge is installed!

I was happy to complete the TrainCat skewed bridge and install it on my giant, basement-sized layout that I've been keeping a secret all these years to antagonize Skibbe and Weldon. ;D

Anyway, the bridge is a nice kit that makes for an impressive model.  I'm not too good with structures (I say this in my forrest gump voice) so I'm already aware about some of the sloppy construction visible in the photograph.  This is indicative of my skills, not the quality of the kit.

I worked on the bridge off and on for a month or so.  A few hours here and there, maybe 10-12 total??

Give the Traincat bridge a shot if you're looking for a great centerpiece bridge for your layout.

Great job.  If it wasn't for the rail joiner on the bottom left rail, I'd have thought it was a real bridge photo.

Ah, I remember seeing someone details their progress making them, looked like a lot of work. They sure do look nice holding up your bridge though.
