Polly Scale follow up - Testor's reply & photos

I received a reply back from Testors today about the different appearing colors of Polly Scale F414257 D&RGW Yellow.  These were most definitely not variations of the same color, paint not stirred well enough or aged paint vs. new paint.  Apparently it was a "misfill".  The more yellow color was actually Reefer Yellow.  See the photo below of the sample Testors mailed back to me along with the explanation.  They said they did what they call a draw down test.  Testors is sending both of my original bottles back as well two new bottles of the correct color D&RGW Yellow.  I am happy with their quick response and good customer service as far as keeping me in the loop with what the problem was.  If any of you run into a similar issue I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them.  It'll probably help reduce the chances of this happening again in the future.

I've had them do the same for me previously.
Thanks much,
