I see that the orange CSX MOW GP-38 has been moved out of the museum yard. Last two times I have been down to the BnO, most recently about 3 months ago, it had sat there but I was told its still in active service.

Its down for mechancial problems ... something about no air compressor .. I dont know why that would stop them from running it ..  :(

Thanks for that, nice shots of the oldest mile of track left in this country.

I saw the related videos of a cab ride from Santa Clara to Sunnyvale, California on CalTrans.  I rode that stretch many times from Bellarmine, back then, it was still the Southern Pacific and the usual power was FM Trainmasters.

I do not recognise it, any more.  The Libby's cannery is gone and so is Santa Clara Yards.  When the Libby's Cannery was canning peaches, you could smell it all the way to San Bruno.
