I have a detailing question that I think belongs here  :-\

I plan to model several Lehigh Valley F3s (Phase IV units) which as I understand, had F7 sides, but F3 stuff on the roof.  So, are the IM F7 roof parts (fans and DB panels) interchangable?  Or will I have to cut the panels out?

would suggest that all you need is an IM F7 that has the DB vent (F3 style) instead of the fan.  I think the CNW and the C&O units is like this.

Exactly.  I did not know if IM was shipping this configuration.  I assumed I would have to order the F3 parts and install them myself (not too much hassle).

I just shot an email to IM...
