ESU sound project for GE U36B, N scale

My LokSound 58925 decoder equipped Atlas auto-train U36B needs a sound project. The ESU download page doesn't contain an Atlas U36B Factory Equipped sound file but has several versions of sound projects for the GE FLD-16 prime mover used in the U36B. Which version would be best match for my loco?

(My LHS couldn't get the Atlas Gold version of the loco so I bought the Silver (dc/silent) version and installed the blank LS decoder myself.)

I'm no expert on diesels, so take this with a grain of salt, but in reading the description, I think only  file #S0545 fits.  It's the early GE 16-FDL16 file.  The other FDL16 files all say later so unless you know the Auto-Train U36B's were upgraded in some way, I think those aren't applicable.

This search finds the file.  Disregard the U50, it's just there because it used the same general engine.

Maybe contact Atlas to see if they could provide a copy of their sound project file for this loco? After all, you bought their loco and would have bought the sound version if it was available..

Agreed. That's the one I'd go with.

Atlas sent me their U33B/U36B sound project with a note that it may need some adjustments. Thank you for your replies to this post.

The function mapping of the sound project sent by Atlas was not correct for the N scale loco. Judging by the file name, it appears to be intended for the HO model even though Atlas claimed it was suitable for O, HO and N scale versions of the U33B/U36B. Meanwhile, ESU replied that the requested file has been posted on their website. It can be found here:
