Tim, this an excellent built...as usual. After we chatted the other day I had a thought about the sides that keep popping off. What if you drilled a tiny hole in the end, through the side assembly, and inserted a piece of .008" wire, secure it with CA and them trim the front and back? It would create a positive connection right through the side and would look like a rivet. Another idea, you could drill two holes, say above and below the rivet strips on the belt line, and " sew" a loop of .006" brass wire in creating a strap over the belt. Glue it from the back. Do it in line with a seam and once you fill the holes it would disappear. They'll never come loose. Hmmmm, now that I've typed this, it might work on my Kaslo Shops/Central Hobbies F-units that the grills keep popping off.
