Need a light green fine foam or powder for moss.

Hey all.

The forest I’m modelling has nice light green moss.



Scenic Express makes a nice light green fine foam but I can’t find it in Canada. My LHS says they can’t get it. I’ve checked other Canadian stores with a on-line presence. No luck.

Shipping it from the US isn’t a thing right now. Not for me anyway.

Woodland Scenics doesn’t make a fine foam in their light green.

I’ve looked on amazon. No luck.

I have a lot of MDF saw dust that would do the trick. Has anyone ever died saw dust?

And the Scenic Express light green is not a lush light green. It's a yellowish light green.

That IS awesome!!!  But my module set is 14ft of forest and there will be a TON of moss. If possible I’d like a less time consuming solution.

This is the lightest, brightest light green I've bought.  This is what you want.  Get some static grass when you order, too!

I was able to find the Noch products in stock in a LHS in Ontario. Ordered a bunch of stuff to make shipping worth it. Still not quite as fine as the texture I’m looking for but I’ve been using it mixed in with other textures and really like the results. Thanks!
