Who's still looking for Bowser N5 Cabooses?

So, I took a small road trip last Weds. in my BMW I call the Dumpster Fire, to Toppenish, Wa. to Visit the NP Museum. Some fellow NP Modelers there told me about a Train shop about an hour away in Pasco, Wa, which they insisted was a must see. Needless to say, I added that to my trip.

The place is called PF&S Railway Supply, and they are an Old School type train shop, with all kinds of stock, Mostly HO and N. This place is made from a pair of old Alaska RR 50' boxcars, with more building built onto it. They have a Literal wall of MT cars. It's pretty cool, and Worth the stop, if you're ever in the area. I will warn you though, It's a typical oldsters running the place type shop, Complete with shop animals, Dogs and Cats, The aroma that goes along with them, and the heavy layers of dust, But the sheer amount of stuff they have is worth seeing. It was run by a gentleman named Leroy Prantle and his wife Sharon for Years. Unfortunately, Leroy passed away about 3 years ago, leaving Sharon to run the shop pretty much alone.

Aaaaanyways, While going though their stock, I stumbled across a mess of NIB Bowser N5 Cabooses. I took a picture of the end labels on the cases, to post here. Talking to Sharon, who runs the shop, she said that she can do Phone orders, and E-mail orders, and is willing to ship. Here is the picture of the labels:

I don't remember how much they are asking for each, But I wanna say it was in the $20 to $30 range.

This is a perfect example of why shops should have even a basic website with a text list of their inventory.
A google search will then find whatever a potential customer might be looking for if it's on that list.
(For example, they appear to have a significant inventory of MTL cars.)

We're planning a vacation back to Pasco in August (home town) and that will be one of the stops.  It's been 15 years since we were out there, so they almost certainly have different dogs now.

My in-laws had a farm about a mile away for many years.  It was an annual trip from Maryland to see them.  An afternoon was always budgeted to visit PF&S and Country Mercantile across the way on Rt 395 for fudge, ice cream and a few minutes sitting outside waiting to see if there was any BNFS traffic across the road.   Glad to hear they are still in business.

With decent conditions, the irrigated farms in the area produce amazing amounts of biomass.  Foot long French fry potatoes, alfalfa that is shipped to Japan to make Kobe beef and more.

The Columbia Basin will grow almost anything that doesn't require an especially long growing season.  We had a couple acres the last four years out there, and successfully grew peanuts, cotton, and tobacco.  The ground is sand, not "topsoil", and we rototilled in a LOT of dried feedlot cow manure.  Add water, and things grow great.

Fortunately, this is the second time a member has come through for me for a Bowser caboose. Picked up the WWII-era N5 Eastern Region car with Trainphone antennas from @mu26aeh and now I have an N5C for Lake Region in the shadow-keystone with Trainphone.

Piled atop my existing roster, I think I'm good to go in the "cabin car" department finally! Thanks!

The few times I've been there, on our vacations back home, they were very nice people, easy to deal with, and fun to talk to.

It's been 15 years, but I hope to be there in August.  Don't have anything I need to buy, but will probably find something to get.
