Color printed Heavyweight car (Chicago & Eastern Illinois)

Some tweaking on my color printed Chicago & Eastern Illinois Heavyweight car: I adapted the central orange stripes, closer to the prototype, and reduced the blending between orange and blue. The orange lines are now much sharper. The new improved car is on the left, attached to the Intermountain F7, the older version on the right.

There is a clear difference in the stripes between the older and the new car. Very impressive!

What nozzle are you using?

I am using a 0.25 mm nozzle. Layer height on the car body is 0.1 mm. Fine orange stripes are 0.3 mm wide, the fine blue stripes in the orange center band are 0.2 mm wide. There are 10 (manual operated) color changes.

This is amazing. I need to get off my butt and try something less complex but equally serious with my new Bambu Lab X1C - a UP caboose. I sprung for the color changer, and would love to see it work this kind of magic.

I really need to learn CAD. I feel like once a base car is made, the changes to move windows around or add details is pretty trivial.
