First an Avalanche Stanley Cup, and now today this arrived.   Does it get any better for an old  :ashat: ?

Really looking forward to trying this out!  :D

You have been assimilated and you’re going to love it.  They’ll have to pry my ProtoThrottle from my cold dead hands before they take them away from me.

Yep, you're gonna love it. I think it eliminates the purpose of ESU's drive hold function for switching. Just max out momentum for acceleration/deceleration and use the brake.

Congratulations!

They need to make one that looks like a steam loco's backhead for us pre-diesel era folks.

They ain’t cheap, but, because they are a game-changer for me, they are worth every penny.  I now have two ProtoThrottles.

I may use Drive Hold, if I want to simulate putting into Run 4 to bring up the air while sitting in the yard, but otherwise, yes, max out the momentum and use the brake.
