LifeLike GP18 first run motor removal

Anyone have pointers on how to remove the motor from this locomotive.
First run with external weights on top of each gear tower.
As far as I can tell the motor is only held down by the lower motor tab that
is pushed under the bottom cross member of the motor cradle with all
the right side electricals soldered  to the tab.
I don't think Spookshow addressed this in his review.

I suspect there is a screw on the bottom of the plastic chassis holding the motor's frame. You would have to remove the fuel tank to get to that screw.

The E7 I have is just snap into the plastic motor frame...

Thanks for the replies.
As Peteski suggested there is a screw holding the motor cradle to the loco plastic frame.
That screw is only accessible with the motor removed which is accomplished as JJB
suggested, snapping it out of the frame after all wiring is removed..
Motor installation is the reverse.
