Since we are already talking about Skipgear printing the appropriate trucks for the B&O C-15 express car, this seems like a good point to ask if any of the wizards here can figure out the number on one of those cars with an undocumented paint job.

The car is shown in this video clip from the early 1950s film, at 6:48 on the video counter (which is "TCR 04:40.37:08" on the film, apparently).
It is the single door express car with the arched roof, painted in the usual B&O passenger car colors of blue body with gray window stripe and thin gold stripe.
The interest is that all the available B&O records indicate that this type of car was only painted solid blue with a gold stripe - none with gray window area. You can see many others painted the expected way in this same video. B&O fans have been seeing this film for quite a while, but nobody has been able to get a read on that car number. It is the only known pictures of that car with that paint job. Since it is running in the time and place that I want to model, I would like to model it. But, what number to use? (I guess nobody could really prove me "wrong" so long as I chose a number within the proper range for all C-15 cars: 1500 through 1599, so we do know the first 2 digits.)
Anyway, I am wondering if anybody on here is able to do something like align individual frames and try to read the car number from a composite? Seems like a long shot (unless we have a modeler whose day job is with DARPA), but .... this is TRW.
