How to add Photos from my gallery to a post thread

I have a thread on a loksound install into a GP40-2 and would like to give a progress report.  I was able to create a folder in My Gallery and load it with photos but I don't know how to add photos from my gallery into a post.  Each time I try it sends me off the look in files on my computer.

Find the picture you want in your gallery and towards the bottom there's a section with "BB Code".  Copy that code and paste it into your thread.
