Nuts and bolts are not scale specific.  Tichy Train makes a whole range of nut/bolt/washer castings, and some of the smaller ones can work in N scale (for certain size nuts of course).  If you are looking for some very small ones (like ones that would be used to fasten stirrups, then I have not seen ones that small.  Probably doesn't matter as these would not really show up (unless an extreme macro photo was taken).

Hunterline makes various N scale timber trestle and bridge kits that include nut-bolt-washer castings.
You might inquire as to whether or not they would be wiling to sell you those parts separately.

Didn't Tichy buy the tooling from Grandt Line?  If so, they should have several NBW castings usable for N scale.  As Peteski said, they're not scale-specific, just watch the stated scale, if they're listed by scale sizes.

All these other sources listed like Hunterline or RLW are just selling the Tichy or Grandt Line versions.

Don Tichy might have somethings very close, but they are all his. If you order from Tichy you'll get it pretty fast.
