I couldn't believe this. Don't RRs do psych evaluations of prospective and active engineers? They have a pretty deadly mechanism in their control.

Besides the fact that researchers nearly universally agree that pre employment psych evaluations are bs (for one, simply practicing/coaching the answers ahead of time is pretty common), how long was this person employed prior to such things being done?
