Ztrack - Archistories Turn of Century House Kits

Ztrack and Archistories have partnered again to offer the US market a new kit! These turn of the century houses can be seen across North America. From farms to villages, these homes typify small town America. These kits are not just a kit, but provide builders numerous options. Each kit can be assembled upwards of 20 different ways! This allows one to populate a layout with these houses, and each home being unique.

The first release has homes in five different colors. Note the different roof styles across the line. The kits are made from high-grade architectural laser-board. The footprint is 45×35×33mm.

I understand. I specifically mentioned that, because their initial offering was a supposedly US-style structure, but it had very pronounced European features.

Thanks guys! The different roofs was an important detail for me. I was not involved with the development of the Goldtree Station so I can't comment on the design. I did proposed and drive the concepts for the REA building and these houses. The goal with these is to come as close to the real thing as possible. I wanted quality without compromise. But I also wanted to build in flexibility and options. This added to the development cost... but it was worth it.

These house were a lot of fun to research and spec out. Attached is a PDF matrix I sent to Archistories with my concept and potential options for the kits. As you can see by the matrix, we did change up a few things. But there is a lot of potential down the road for new versions of these houses with color and detail mixes.

I am already researching and providing Archistories concepts for 2020. I would like to see four kits on the market, but we will see. Archistories has other work to do besides all of my ideas. I am really excited about what we are proposing.
