It's close, but the bell arrangement differs, annoyingly. It's been described as "frankenhorn".

Walthers has the following Atlas/BLMA five chime Leslie horn in stock.
Could you cut off the top two chimes to make the three chime horn you want?

JnJ made one, 344-0266, except the shortest horn is mounted in the middle.
