One of my UP micro train heavy weight cars fell and broke the coupler off is there a number to order new ones any help please

I don't think anyone is trying to be mean, but even if it were only "UP", correct for Union Pacific, it still would lack proper context.
Micro-trains, Heavyweight or coupler and maybe a combination of all of those things would have been better.
Simply typing what could be construed as the word "up" is confusing, somewhat.

As Bryan said, the name of the topic left much to be desired and lacking context. Only reason I clicked on the topic was my curiosity got me and wondered if this was a post about UP or maybe something going up
