error when trying to message another member here

i have tried several times
with reboots and reloading of site
and refreshing chrome with delete of all cookies and all those wonderful kinds of paraphernalia

how can i get the message sent?

as i can PM others members than the one i need to contact
i am guessing he blocked me
oh well....there's always ebay

If you posted something for sale and the member in question was interested, you can always reply in your "for sale" thread telling that member that you can't reach them.

Peteski, this is the same error I reported last month, and someone else reported in a separate post before Xmas. Hello? At least now I know I am among yet another group, the 403 Forbidden group.

Well, there isn't much I can do about it.  I don't manage the website.   I believe that @tom mann is the mann you want.

Still, I'm surprised that only 2 out of few dozen (or maybe hundreds) of members  (using multiple operating systems and browsers) here have this problem.
Speaking of problems, you (and I think @glakedylan  too) seem to have that crazy text sizing problems.  That might be some sort of a clue as to some commonalty between you two which could also be causing the 404 problem.

Never encountered a 40x error.  On multiple devices (PC, phone, tablet) on different access connections (home, hot spot, McDonald's free WiFi).

The problem is that only a few have reported this, so I'm not sure it's even a problem on RW's end.
