Good for them! I love the Buckingham Branch Railroad ever since I stumbled upon their existence in 1990 or 1991 when my girlfriend and I were out for a drive west of Richmond, Virginia and came across their plate girder bridge that crosses the James River to go to Dillwyn. I recall several gondolas parked along the line with BB reporting marks. I had never heard of the road at that time. Since then, the BB has taken over a chunk of the Piedmont Sub of the ex-C&O and now that small bit of track in Norfolk. This might be a huge win for the Buckingham Branch with that Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel planned expansion project. Awesome.
