They make it in 2 versions- a "warehouse" with the windows bricked up, and an "engine house" (sometimes translated as "locomotive garage") with windows. I have the warehouse version, the bricks in the window spaces are cast in, but the doors/brick/window parts for the large arches are separate pieces- so you can model them as open arches or as shown in Peteski's picture.
The English on the Box calls it "warehouse A"- there is a "warehouse B" which is a modern steel building with a huge roll up door on one side.
Great kitbashing potential, and it looks very "American". The only thing that bothers me is the way the cornice wraps around the front and is then squared off- rather like they had originally designed it with smaller rectangular doors and the cornice going all the way across, and then decided to go with the big arches, so you could fit a loco in there. But....I am NOT going to say it isn't prototypical, because I know if I do, 100 people will post photos of building fronts from New Jersey to LA that look just like it. As it is, probably 10 people will, just cause I mentioned it.
