Any store that carries airbrushes probably stocks them.  Paasche has a nice set with several sizes that come with some of their airbrush kits.  Also readily available on ebay and amazon- or at least last time I checked.

I got 2 of what I think you're talking about from Micro Mart a number of years ago.  If they're still in business, I'd try there.  They are of wood with fine stiff brass bristles, and are about 6" long. 

EDIT:  Never mind; I overlooked your picture; the brushes I refer to are for cleaning metal files.
