How do I get the Pennsylvania lettering off Atlas 2003 Korean version Baldwin VO-1000?
MicroSol worked great on removing the numbering on my Atlas RS3's but doesn't touch the VO-1000 railroad name.

Not sure how the OEM lettering was applied in your case  but I have had success using good old pine-sol and a cotton bud.

I've used the tip of a brand-new #11 blade to scrape the roadname/number paint off Atlas shells.  Don't apply too much pressure and keep the point of the blade on the roadname you are trying to remove.
