Judging interest in Western Maryland Freight House in N and/or HO

I've been building a couple of Medford Trains N scale kits over the last couple of months, The Mill and Standard Western Maryland station.  After I posted pictures of the The Mill, Jim Coshun, owner of Medford Trains, had commented on needing to find more N scale kits for me to build.  I made the comment I'm still looking for someone to do Glyndon Station  but knowing that will more difficult to pull off, I also suggested the Western Maryland Freight House located in Hanover, PA along the Hanover Sub aka The Dutch Line.  He said he has been looking at that building for some time to do a kit in HO but doesn't make sense to engineer a kit to only sell 3 or 4.  So I'm posting here to see how many might be interested in a kit in HO or (and more importantly to me) in N Scale.  I have posted pictures to show what the building looks like today.  If anyone has questions/comments about it, contact myself and I can get in touch with Jim or you can find him/Medford Trains on Facebook for those of you who are on there.

With the chimneys and vents off it becomes more generic. There are (or were) thousands of truck transfer facilities all over the country that have that general shape. I can think of three in different cities in Mississippi. So I'd say it could be very useful as long as he markets it as something inspired by or drawn from the WM. If he brings it out as a straight WM kit then yeah you, @wm3798, @Ed Kapuscinski  and @John will probably be the only buyers.

That style of building could also work for railroad shop warehouse/storage or as a basis for similar small industrial structures beyond just a freight house. Yes, keep it more generic to apply to more settings.

The WM used pretty straightforward architecture, @Philip H.  I don't think you'd need to do much more than change the signs and it would be suitable for any railroad structure built between 1890 and 1940.

I won't be in the market for one right away...  too many new college buildings to pay for in Richmond!
