Oh...that took a minute....wait for it,   wait for it.....

Still funny though and got a real LOL.   I'm a collector of bizarre real business sign photos, just my speed.

My all-time favorite that actually existed was the 'PMS Motor Speedway" in Berkeley Springs, WV.   Speed kills and it's gone now.   That area was a hotbed of weird signs that just begged to be modeled, but nobody would ever believe it.  And it gets old fast.

At one time stuff like that was all over my layout.    The only mild survivor commemorates the real "Peace Surplus" in Flagstaff.

I agree  :D In keeping with the theme of wierd signs, I found this Pennsy gem this past weekend at our local ag fair:

Pics and video from Lewistown will follow in the Thursday Proto Photo thread.

sure you want to use a Snipping Tool in "that" area?

You sure can...if you follow it with the Healing Tool.  Appropriate Band-Aid icon.

Was that for sale? If so, I can think of a number of people who'd love it.

Me for one!

Still, that's nothing compared to the sign on 896 on the way to Strasburg.

We all know which turn to take there.   :D

There is a model railroad name in there somewhere... BBI&P RR perhaps.  Just be sure to name the business car after your wife (and not someone else), or the train will never leave the station.

I gave up rivet counting when I couldn't see an N scale rivet anymore.

The reason I was most interested in it is because Paradise is ALSO where the Strasburg meets Amtrak.

I wonder what price they were asking and then if they sold that one, do they go over to their truck and drag another back to the table?

I think it was for sale around $120, I mainly go for all the tools no one loves anymore. Another vendor had a B&O mail container for $200.
