??? for those with experience in AnyRail, I have begun to fool around with a licensed version and notice when working with flex and joining to turnouts, sometimes a little bit of a red line will appear in the track. 
Is this to show that the drawn track is to tight of a radius for my specified parameters or something else altogether? 
I see that it goes away if the curve is made broader but I just want to be sure it signifies what I think it does.
Keep in mind, I have just begun to mess around and I did check the help files on the site but did not see this addressed.

Yes, you have it. Sometimes you need to "pull the handle" to broaden the curve. There is also the function up at the top, "Smooth Curve" (or something like that), which will better optimize the curve.

Yep the red line in a piece of flex indicates that the radius is tighter than what you specified..
Just pull the + handle to broaden the curve or use the smooth flex button
if the red line persists then either accept the fact that the radius is tighter than you planned or move other track work to ease the curve.

Post up some pics of your plan and Im sure plenty of people will chime in to help.
