Hi!
The famous Wallace Fountains are public drinking fountains in the form of elegant little cast-iron sculptures. They were designed to provide free drinking water and can still be found in various locations around the world.
The fountains are named after Richard Wallace, the Englishman who financed their construction in the 19th century. Their distinctive green appearance and decorative design have since become a familiar part of the streetscape, particularly in Paris.
This set contains two identical Wallace Fountains, perfect for adding a refined historical detail to streets, squares and parks on your layout.
