Need Some Font Help

Thanks for all the suggestions and help. With your collective help, I think that I am on my way to solving this problem.
The goal of this project is to produce the three different heralds and reporting marks for the cars in this photo. They went from DSDX to URTX to MILW.

I'll let you know how it turns out.

No upturned serifs? 

Yeah.  Based on the tiny photo, and my general experience making decals and studying railroad fonts, I cut them all short.  I wouldn't expect the lettering to be exactly the same as the Erie, there are always differences between roads.

I'm certainly open to adding them back if needed.
