Yes.  Pretty much all of them, except probably the Flexi-Van scheme, although most would have been aging out.  Plenty of Penn Central around in the 70s though.

All schemes lasted to the end and they could still be seen in the early to mid 1970's. They were however on the way out by then, and likely would have lost their "US Mail" placards.

Here's the earliest scheme of the three with an ACI label, meaning that it lasted in rail service at least into the PC era...
