You can embed videos (like you can with photos) right into a post in a thread to which the video relates to. I'm curious as to why would you want a separate section just for videos? If a video is related to a layout then there probably already is a thread related to that layout. If it is a sound-equipped locomotive video then there probably is a thread relating to that model. If it is a prototype video then there probably is a thread relating to it in the prototype section. If not, you can start a new thread and post the video in there.
TRW also doesn't have a photo album section (probably for the above reasons).
