That's pretty awesome. The earliest this photo could be is early 1943 judging by the details on the jeeps. These are probably Willy's judging by the front bumper but the picture is to grainy to be sure. If Willy's this would be Toledo, Ohio. They appear to have the delivered blue-drab Army numbers so its almost certain this is at the factory and not an DOD Depot. So this could be Toledo Ohio (assuming its Willys). Wish you could make out the reporting marks on the freight car that would give you a locale.
Whats really interesting is how the vehicles are stacked. While MB/GPW's are relatively light, those fenders can be flexed with only a couple hundred pounds. I wonder if the cribbing used (visible as the horizontal wood), is helping distribute the weight off the fenders. Jeeps were commonly shipped in crates and assembled at division motorpools.
