Help ID this ex PC Flatcar CR 725531

Came across this old flatcar recently and was curious about its history.  Former intermodal?  Pennsy?  It would make an interesting model anyway, loaded up with old scrap rail and ties.  And anyone wants some PC paint chips, let me know.

PRR had some flatcars that were made from B60 baggage cars that were used for MOW service.  Not sure if this is one of them.

It appears to be an Ex NYC/MDT Flat once used for Intermodal or Autorack service. ~Ian

Similar but not identical;  Pullman Standard built in 1965, flatcars used for autoracks.  MDT owned the flatcar, NYC owned the upper body.

ex-MDAX PS lo-deck flat for tri-level auto rack service.  I can't find which class of lo-deck car they are however.

the CRHS has a page on some of these cars but are listed as ex-MDTX cars which I believe is incorrect.
