The LL/Walthers GP18 and GP18 chassis are the same except the fuel tank and light board. Both would be a good choice for a low hood GP unit.

   Daniel,
   the 1st order of U.P. GP9Bs were PHS-1,some even had GP7
  style Handrail Stantions.
   Diesel Era just had a good article on the PRR GP9Bs,it will be
  awhile before they get to the U.P. versions,some rebuilt to
  "Omaha GP20s" by U.P.,others by EMD.then some were modified
  to run with Turbines,others were rebuilt back to sort of regular
  GP9Bs,but kept the big fuel tanks.
   best to know what year the units will be modeled as.
