Just a shout out to Pam, Walt and the gang at N Scale - just got the 25th Anniversary Edition  - wonderful magazine with lots of A@@hat content including the cover shot of Tim Horton's beautiful M630 on Mark Dance's outstanding layout; a great article by our own Wild Mary Man himself Lee Weldon, a really great review of Calgary's Supertrain with a nice little picture of my pride and joy; the Rapido N scale GMD-1 and much more ...

Best wishes for another 25 to N Scale.
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

One small correction if I may - the CP Rail M-630 is actually the work and property of Jeff Briggs.

Congratulations to Pamela and her team on such a significant milestone, and thanks for so many great issues and the opportunity to share work with others.

Well... I am really late to this party, as I am not an "N Scale" subscriber.  I was  years ago, and I wrote for them years ago,
back in the "Hundman" days of the 1990s.   But through the mid 2000's, when I would pick up "test" copies of it
at hobby shops, I must confess, I was not happy with the magazine and would not subscribe.

I have been getting needled to "look at them now" by some friends.   So I did.  I picked up 2 issues,
the May/June, and the July/Aug.
Wow.  Layout, photos, writing, article selection were all quite fine.   Editing and grammar/typos
minimal if any.

The Nn3 pieces were great.  Tim (Horton), your kitbash on the M630 was terrific (and heck, I don't model diesels, or Canadian railways, or... who cares... it was good work and good writing!)

So anyway, this post is, in a way, a pat on the back to N Scale, and an apology if I've been too hard on them
in the recent past, because they really seem to have a good magazine going there now.

I bought two copies just to make sure I always had a good one.  I knew it was going to get a lot of use.  I especially liked Tim's M630 article.  With wanting to make one (and some C630M's) for the WNY&P it was very nice to read.

The magazine really is totally different from the old Hundman days. I really need to set up by subscription again

To me the low point was the article on how to make N scale street lamps from uncooked noodles.   But I stuck with it and now I'm glad that I did.
