I got this really great texture from Clever models. It would make an awsome background building, except its only about 18 feet tall. It should be more in the 30 foot range for a rail served industry.

Are there any photo shop/ gimpers out there who know how to Stretch this so the metal siding part of it would be taller?

I would create a new image with the dimensions and resolution you need.  Copy this image onto it, and then cut the top to just below the shadow and move it to the top of  the image, creating a white space.  Then, copy the area from the top of the door to where it now stops and paste that as a new layer.  You'll need to blend and remove any artifacts that are now repeated.

That is exactly what I need but I don't have and I don't know how to use any of the editing software like photo shop and gimp.

I really need some one to do this for me As its obviously quite simple for some one who knows this stuff

Hi all

Had a few days off so I thought I should learn how to use Gimp to do this my self. My progress and questions follow

I imported some pdf walls of clever models. I was able to copy a section of brick and paste it over a window so I could use a tichy or grant line. That works fine Im happy.

David K Smith resized my wall for me. So with my new found skill I thought Id try it  myself. Here lies my dilemma part one:
I copied a section of wall and dragged it down and pasted it but the color of the section pasted is not the same as the one copied. And part two is:
I cant save it to show you

How about using two or more strips of the texture?  Many metal siding walls have seams part way up.  A 30 foot length of siding isn't the easiest thing to handle.

I often take the copy and flip it 180 degrees (if that is doable). That way the color match is perfect.
