Did Bachman make Buckeye tender trucks that have pickup, etc?  I can't seem to locate any on the Interwebz.

The only engine I can think of that may have had them was the NW J with the modernized auxiliary water tender. If I remember correctly, they offered two tenders. One was a rehash of their original J, and one was retooled with a working backup light. That tender may have live buckeyes.

The Kato GS4 tender trucks are Buckeyes, and when the FEF hits the stores, there will be parts for it,
so they may be similar.    The GS4 tender trucks are long gone as spare parts from Kato, unfortunately.

:|          So did the old Con Cor/Rivarossi NKP Berkshire Tender called a long haul by Con Cor. It came both as a non pickup version for some Challengers IE: WP and with pickup, Pacifics, Mikes and Berks.                   Nate Goodman (Nato).

Also, the upcoming Bachmann 2-8-4 will have them.

I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that.

I could swear they were on the longer Vanderbuilt tenders that they released as separate items.  I have the New Haven tender, I can check later tonight.

The Vanderbuilt uses Commonwealth trucks.

The Bachmann long vandy does have commonwealth truck under it. The Spectrum J has something similiar to a commonwealth and the original aux tender (non powered trucks) are buckeye, but alas no power pickup.  The newer aux tender/water car does have power pick up, but the trucks are some unique to the N&W design.

The bachmann EM1 does have Roller bearing buckeye trucks under its tender though.  I'm considering using a set for the Kato GS4 to convert it to a GS5.

Speaking of the Commonwealth trucks from the Vandy tender ... does anyone have a spare set?

Rats.  I'm going to need a pair with the brass pick-ups at some point.
