Hi Frank:
I have a set of those old PRRT&HS drift cards and the are useful, however the PRRT&HS paint committee has recently completed work on new standards for PRR paint colors. They have created industry standard formulas for both paint and ink. They will be publishing the information in some form, hopefully in the near future. In the mean time, they provide the information to manufacturers at no charge. My understanding is that the new colors may vary slightly from the old drift cards.
