The instructions for obtaining replacements for the reproduced Rock Island TOFC flats:


Good morning,
 
The Rock Island replacement 85' flat cars have arrived.  To receive your replacement cars you will need to cut off the part number from your existing label insert and send it to me.  It should look like this:
 
     LIFT HERE TO
     REMOVE CAR
 
       28543-05
        85' Flat car
       Rock Island
      Car No. 93237
 
I will need one of these label ends for every car that you want replaced.  Send your label ends to:

I will ship your replacement cars to the return address on the envelope that you send me unless you include a note instructing me to do differently.  Thank you for your patience.

I seen this just this morning as well.
Doesn't sound like he wants the original cars back though?

I didn't realize there was an issue.  Does it only affect the RI cars?
