Rich, I am laser cutting rather plain wooden circus work wagons with rubber tires. I see no problem laser cutting acrylic sides to give them the steel sided look. The tongue would be easy to laser, the steps would not be so fun. If you don't have to have super precise decals from an ALPS I can print them on my home printer. The catch is that it would have to have my circus' markings

My research has come up with 70 and 72 feet for the Warren Elephant car , but the sources of both are un-reliable IMO , even if either number or both are correct .

The kits didn't come in today's mail so I can't physically measure it, sorry. But I am waiting for an email from the maker to get your answer. Answer:
The model is 5 3/16 inch long. The proto is 70 foot.
