Atlas has been somewhat behind in releases, did this one ever make it out?

I think the answer is yes.  Both BLW and N-Scale Supply show a few locomotives from this run as being in-stock, but the majority (including all the AMTRAK ones) are listed as sold out.

They show up occasionally on the bay but at a premium.  I ended up getting an undec from BLW but now can't get decals from Microscale.   Just my luck :facepalm:
