May is another big month for American Z Line! We are happy to announce five new items. The first releases are Rock Island bay window cabooses.



Two road numbers have been released. They are: 17081 (item #92007-1) and 17172 (item #92007-2). The MSRP is $64.00.



Missouri Pacific 2420 waffle gondolas have been released. A runner pack and single are available. The single is item #91242-1. The road number is 640219. The MSRP is $32.00.

The runner pack is item #90242-1. The road numbers are: 640204, 604210, 640217 and 64021. The MSRP is $117.00.



A single and runner pack of Missouri Pacific 60' PC&F beer cars have been released. The single car is item #91265-1. The road number is 793004. The MSRP is $34.00.

The runner pack is item #90265-1. The road numbers are: 793002, 793003, 793012 and 793031. The MSRP is $120.00.



The next release is tri-level autoracks for Ferromex. Two singles and two runner packs have been released. The singles are item #91956-1 (road number 702309) and item #91956-2 (road number 702181). The MSRP is $38.00.

The first runner pack is item #91006-1. The road numbers are: 702116, 702139, 702237 and 70224.

The second runner pack is item #91006-2. The road numbers are: 702219, 702120, 702177 and 702194. The MSRP for the runner packs is $131.00 each.



Finally, AZL has released NSC 53' well cars for DTTX. The runner pack contains three cars. The road numbers are: 620450A-620450B and 620450C. Six HUB Group containers (3 red and 3 green) come with the set. The set is item #90601-5. The MSRP is $133.00.

Note the Ztrack offices will be closed for the National Z Scale Convention from May 2nd through May 6th. If you are coming to the convention, stop by the AZL booth and say hi! Hans Riddervold and Robert Allbritton, owners of AZL, and myself will be in manning the AZL booth.

I've seen you call those waffle-sided gons before, but I think they are actually fluted sides, right? :tommann:

Ok, seriously AZL... what is up with these container schemes?  HUB is a good scheme, but aren't they all corrugated?  I've already got a stack of the MCZ corrugated 53' containers just waiting for some 53' well cars.

Since you've got an exterior post container, can't you pick some schemes that would look closer like JB Hunt or Schneider?

All the red ones are... but HUB does have a group of UP assigned (UPHU) Hyundai built sheet/post green containers
