E&LS FP-7 and SD-9 in Action!

Here is something you don't see everyday. Escanaba and Lake Superior FP-7 and SD-9 in action around Green Bay.
The SD-9 is former Reserve Mining, and the FP-7 is former Milwaukee Road. The MILW unit very likely traveled these same rails through the 1960s as power for the Copper Country Limited. It seems to spend most of its time farther north on the line between Crivitiz, WI and Channing, MI.
We getting the band back together!

Arriving with a southbound train from Crivitz.

The return trip North.

Best wishes, Dave

If you lend someone $20, and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
