No throws of any sort on the turnouts.
The double track on the back does not interconnect with anything else.

I bet this is a module of a layout they were building for someone that didn't work out. Sure looks like it is designed to be inserted into a larger plan.

pretty cool ... looks like the ground cover is some of that texture paint ..

I saw this a while ago.
He calls it a "museum-quality display layout".
MDF, cork & track with a greenish paint job.

Any wiring / scenicking is up to you.
Not thrilled with the track plan, but I guess it is, as he says, to display.

Looks like he's testing the waters on pricing - apparently he sold a code-80 version earlier this month for $200 (with free shipping):

@ $370, the code-55 version is a bit pricey, but the $25 shipping is reasonable for its bulk. The overall idea and execution is great, though I believe $250 shipped would be a better baseline given our economy.

Anybody priced ATLAS code 55 flex track and turnouts lately?The stuff ain't getting any cheaper.That said I wouldn't buy it either (got to dang much stuff now)
